During a bronchoalveolar lavage procedure—used to collect mucus samples for testing Human TB—the male bull elephant was tranquilized, causing the herd to wander into unfamiliar and hazardous terrain.
The elephants soon found themselves trapped by cliffs and dense vegetation. When the news of their distress reached a dedicated rescue team, they quickly mobilized, determined to save the majestic creatures from their dire situation.
With determination and teamwork, the rescue team carefully dismantled obstacles and cleared a safe path, allowing the stranded elephants to return to their familiar habitat.
